Who we are looking for • You are outgoing, talkative, and comfortable walking into a room full of strangers • You are ambitious and want a big target, not a safe one • You love selling: the chase, the conversation, the close • You care about sound. You notice when a room sounds wrong, and you have opinions about speakers • You already have a network in F&B;, events, or music, or you know how to build one fast • Age and background are open. Experience in F&B; sales, events, hospitality, or music is a plus, but attitude comes first Valuable to have • Experience in hospitality, event, or brand sales • Connections with venues, DJs, event companies, or freelancers • Willingness to travel across target markets What you get • Compensation plus incentives linked to revenue • Direct access to leadership and a say in how we sell • A fast growth path for people who hit their numbers
