Jubilee Hills Hyderabad Mandatory:Parent Relations Officer Summary: We are seeking an experienced PR Manager (Parent Relations Officer) to lead and strengthen our school’s communication and engagement with parents and guardians. This role is pivotal in fostering a collaborative, transparent, and supportive school community by building trust, addressing concerns proactively, and ensuring consistent, positive interactions.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance parent engagement and satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Organize and lead parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and community events.
• Address and resolve parental concerns with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with school leadership and teaching staff to align parent communication with academic and operational goals.
• Maintain accurate records of parent interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.




• Promote transparency and trust through regular updates and two-way communication channels.
• Represent the school at community and stakeholder events as needed. Requirements

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, or a related field; postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in parent relations, school administration, or a similar role.
• Proven track record in parent engagement, relationship management, and conflict resolution.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English and regional language(s).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using communication tools and CRM systems.
