Role Description : The Management Mentor will work full time on-site at the Jodhpur location, guiding learners in developing management, communication, and workplace readiness skills for careers in the tech and corporate sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include mentoring students individually and in groups, delivering interactive sessions and workshops, and providing structured feedback on performance and professional behavior. The role involves designing and refining learning activities, case studies, and role-plays that simulate real-world management scenarios, as well as collaborating with internal teams to align training content with industry requirements.



The Management Mentor will track learner progress, maintain accurate records, and support placement-focused initiatives by helping students build confidence, leadership capabilities, and professional etiquette.

Qualifications:
• Strong mentoring and coaching abilities, with experience guiding early-career professionals or students toward specific career outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills, including facilitation of group discussions, presentation skills, and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Knowledge of management principles, workplace behavior, and corporate culture, preferably with prior experience in a managerial or training role.
• Ability to design and deliver structured learning content, including workshops, case studies, and activity-based sessions focused on employability skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, student-centered workplace and collaborating with cross-functional teams in training or education settings.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Familiarity with the tech industry and campus placement processes, along with an interest in helping learners achieve strong placement outcomes.
