Role Description This is a full-time, in office Account Executive role based in Mumbai.



The Account Executive will manage and grow a portfolio of clients by understanding their logistics needs, proposing suitable transport and consolidation solutions, and ensuring timely execution of shipments. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal operations teams, tracking consignments across sea, air, and surface modes, preparing quotations, and negotiating rates within company guidelines. The role also involves handling documentation related to freight forwarding and customs clearance, resolving service issues, and maintaining accurate records in the company’s systems. The Account Executive will collaborate closely with customers to provide proactive updates, support billing and collections, and contribute to business development initiatives in the region.
