Today, that belief has taken us across three continents — Asia Pacific, Africa, and the Middle East — partnering with some of the most ambitious organisations in manufacturing, operations, and supply chain to deliver transformation that lasts. Our frameworks — the Organisational Transformation Framework®, the Lighthouse Exercise®, and Lean Facility Design® — are proprietary, field-tested, and trusted by leading enterprises across emerging markets. We are a 20+ year legacy firm, a recognised leader in Operational Excellence and Supply Chain consulting, and a name that carries genuine weight in the industries we serve. We are growing with intent — and we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us. The Opportunity This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys the craft of winning business. Faber Infinite invests seriously in its market presence — through digital channels, thought leadership, content, and industry engagement. That investment generates leads and opens conversations. What we need is someone with the commercial sharpness to take those conversations forward, the consultative ability to build credibility with senior decision-makers, and the drive to convert opportunities into closed mandates. The Growth Manager – Consulting Practice will work directly alongside the Sr. Partner across the full growth function — client engagement, proposal development, pipeline management, and account expansion. This is a front-line role with direct client exposure and clear accountability for outcomes.
Job Description
This is a primarily office-based role. The majority of client engagement — across India and international markets — is managed effectively through calls, video conferences, and digital channels. Where the situation warrants it — a key client meeting, an industry exhibition, or a strategic conference — travel will be part of the role. Such occasions will be purposeful and planned, not routine. The mandate spans India, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific. The expectation is explicit: own the pipeline, drive revenue, and grow with the firm over the long term. What You Will Do 1. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
• Engage directly with prospects and clients — understand their business context, identify the underlying challenge, and position Faber Infinite's capabilities with clarity and credibility
• Work alongside the Sr. Partner in client conversations, solution discussions, and proposal presentations — as an active contributor
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with senior decision-makers across target industries and geographies — relationships grounded in trust and consistent delivery
• Represent Faber Infinite professionally in all client interactions, upholding the standards the firm has built over two decades 2.
Proposal Development & Deal Closure
• Lead the development of consulting proposals — structured, well-reasoned, and tailored to the client's specific challenge and context
• Own the pursuit process from initial conversation to mandate closure — managing timelines, addressing objections, and navigating client decision-making with persistence and commercial intelligence
• Negotiate and close engagements with confidence and professionalism
• Maintain a current, well-organised library of proposals, credentials, and case studies for rapid deployment across pursuits 3. Lead Conversion & Pipeline Development
• Take ownership of inbound leads generated through Faber Infinite's marketing channels — digital, content, events, and referrals — and drive them through the conversion journey with discipline and urgency
• Initiate proactive outreach when pipeline needs to be built or specific opportunities pursued — a consultative, targeted approach rather than volume-based activity
• Continuously refine outreach and conversion approaches based on market feedback and outcomes 4. Account Growth & Retention
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within active client accounts — new service lines, adjacent challenges, and different geographies
• Maintain regular, value-adding engagement with clients between mandates — positioning Faber Infinite as a long term partner, not a one-time vendor
• Build client relationships that generate referrals, repeat mandates, and long-term commercial value 5. Pipeline Ownership & Revenue Visibility
• Maintain the firm's CRM with rigour — all leads, conversations, proposals, and follow-ups logged accurately and kept current
• Provide the Sr. Partner with a reliable, real-time view of pipeline health, conversion metrics, and revenue forecast
• Manage your pipeline with the discipline and accountability of someone who owns the outcome 6. Partnerships & Alliances (As the Role Evolves)
• Identify and develop strategic alliances with complementary firms, industry associations, trade bodies, and channel partners across target geographies
• Represent Faber Infinite at industry events, conferences, and forums to build visibility and generate inbound pipeline
• Structure partnership frameworks that create sustainable, credible new revenue streams The Growth Path This role begins as a direct working partnership with the Sr. Partner — you will develop a deep understanding of the firm's positioning, methodology, and client approach while building your own track record. As performance demonstrates the ability to independently drive and close mandates, the expectation is that you will take on a broader mandate and build a team around you. The trajectory is performance-driven. There is no fixed timeline — only the one your results create. Who We Are Looking For Qualifications & Experience
• 2–4 years of experience in consulting practice development, B2B sales, or client acquisition within a professional services environment
• Background in management consulting, professional services, or B2B solution sales is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with operations, supply chain, or manufacturing sectors is a meaningful advantage
• MBA from a reputed institution, with demonstrated commercial acumen
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders, manage complex pursuits, and close deals Skills & Competencies
• Strong commercial judgment — understanding of how consulting value is articulated, positioned, and sold
• Excellent written and verbal communication — precise on paper, credible in conversation
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office — PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; proposals and presentations are primary outputs of this role
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms and digital marketing tools; familiarity with the full lead-to-closure cycle
• Ability to manage long sales cycles with patience, structure, and consistent follow-through
• Comfort with international client interactions across diverse geographies and business cultures What Will Set You Apart
• Self-directed and proactive — you identify what needs to be done and act without waiting to be prompted
• Experimental mindset — you test approaches, measure outcomes, and refine without ego
• Complete ownership of results — successes and shortfalls alike
• Long-term orientation — you are looking to build a career within an organisation, not move through it
• Willingness to commit to Ahmedabad as your professional base — and to grow from here What This Role Offers
• Direct exposure to senior consulting leadership — working alongside a co-founder with two decades of experience across global consulting engagements
• Genuine ownership of a growth mandate spanning India and international markets, from day one
• A performance-linked growth path — your trajectory within the firm is determined by what you deliver
• The backing of a 20+ year brand — credibility and market recognition that supports every client conversation you lead
• A stable, office-based role in Ahmedabad, with selective external representation opportunities as your career develops
• A culture that values initiative, rewards ownership, and invests in people who commit to the long term
• A place to build a career with depth and purpose — not just occupy a position Remuneration Upto ₹11.0 LPA — comprising fixed compensation, performance incentives, and standard benefits, commensurate with experience and demonstrated capability. The variable component is structured to meaningfully reward performance. For the right candidate, total earnings will reflect the value they create.
