Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Time Off Consultant with strong hands-on experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting Time Off functionalities within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Key Responsibilities
• Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off, including time types, time profiles, holiday calendars, and work schedules.
• Implement and configure leave of absence, accrual rules, eligibility rules, and absence management policies.
• Configure business rules for leave calculations, validations, and employee eligibility.
• Manage workflows, permissions, and employee self-service functionalities related to Time Off.
• Work on Time Off integration with Employee Central Core HR and other SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Troubleshoot issues related to leave balances, accruals, absences, and time account calculations.
• Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support system configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Collaborate with HR, functional, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery.
• Provide ongoing production support and enhancements for SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Off. Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off configuration.
• Knowledge of Time Types, Time Profiles, Time Account Types, Time Account Rules, and Accrual Rules.
• Experience with Leave of Absence, holiday calendars, work schedules, and eligibility rules.




• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors business rules and workflows.
• Knowledge of Employee Central Core HR configuration.
• Experience in implementation, rollout, enhancement, or support projects.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Preferred Qualifications
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.
• Experience in end-to-end implementation and post-production support.
• Knowledge of integration between Employee Central and other SAP SuccessFactors modules. Mandatory Country-Specific Payroll Experience Candidates must have hands-on payroll experience in at least 2 or more of the following countries, preferably gained through SAP ECP implementation or global rollout projects.
