- 6:30 PM What You’ll Do
• Manage customer conversations across WhatsApp, calls, email and social media.
• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable fragrances.
• Handle order queries, deliveries, returns and exchanges, following through until concerns are resolved. You’ll fit well if you
• Enjoy working with people, take initiative and follow through.
• Communicate clearly in English and Hindi.
• Are comfortable with digital tools and willing to learn how to use AI.
• Are based in or around Ambala Cantt. Freshers welcome.
