Bangalore: Onsite Position Type: Permanent Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP Concur Consultant with 8+ years of experience in implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP Concur Expense Management solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in configuring SAP Concur Expense, managing integrations with SAP and third-party systems, supporting global expense processes, and driving continuous improvements across travel and expense operations. The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end solution delivery, including business requirement gathering, system design, configuration, testing, deployment, production support, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
SAP Concur Implementation
• Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP Concur Expense implementations and rollout projects.
• Conduct business process workshops and gather functional requirements.
• Configure SAP Concur Expense modules including: o Expense Types o Expense Policies o Audit Rules o Workflow Configuration o Approval Processes o Forms & Fields o Attendee Management o VAT/GST Tax Configurations o Cost Object Allocation o Reimbursement Processes
• Design and implement country-specific expense compliance requirements.
• Configure multi-entity and multi-currency environments.
• Support data migration activities and user onboarding. Support & Enhancement Activities
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for SAP Concur Expense Management.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within SLA timelines.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial processes related to expense management.
• Handle incidents, service requests, problem management, and change requests.
• Coordinate with SAP Concur Support and third-party vendors for issue resolution.
• Perform system monitoring and proactive maintenance activities. Integration & Technical Coordination




• Support integrations between SAP Concur and: o SAP ECC o Active Directory / Azure AD o Credit Card Providers o Banking Systems o Third-Party HR Systems
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration failures.
• Work with middleware solutions such as: o SAP CPI o SAP PI/PO o MuleSoft
• Support implementation and maintenance of: o Concur APIs o Expense Import/Export Processes o User Provisioning Interfaces o Financial Posting Interfaces Testing & Release Management
• Prepare Functional Specifications and Test Scenarios.
• Execute SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing.
• Support release planning and deployment activities.
• Ensure compliance with change management procedures. Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Tax, HR, Procurement, and IT teams.
• Conduct user training sessions and knowledge transfer activities.
• Prepare process documentation, SOPs, and training manuals.

• 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 6+ years of hands-on SAP Concur Expense Management experience.
• Experience in at least: o 3+ End-to-End SAP Concur Implementations. o Multiple Global Rollout Projects. o Multiple AMS/Production Support Engagements.
• Experience supporting global users across multiple regions.
• Strong understanding of Travel & Expense business processes.
• Experience working with Finance and Accounting teams.
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Mandatory Certification Candidate must possess one or more valid SAP Concur certifications:
• SAP Certified
- Configuration Consultant
- Concur Expense Professional Edition (Mandatory). Note: Active and valid SAP Concur Expense certification is mandatory and should be verifiable through SAP Concur/SAP certification records. Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• SAP ECC integration experience.
• Knowledge of Travel and Expense compliance regulations.
• ITIL Foundation Certification.
• Experience with global taxation and statutory requirements.
• Exposure to SAP Fiori and SAP BTP. Key Competencies
