Faridabad (Head Office) | Travel to project sites across India We are looking for a technically sound, proactive, and well-organised professional to join our Services & Process Department, responsible for coordinating the operation and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment plants across multiple project locations. The role involves a combination of plant operations, site coordination, client interaction, and service management. The candidate will coordinate with site teams, interact with client representatives and senior officials, monitor plant performance, and ensure timely resolution of operational and service-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate day-to-day O&M; activities across water and wastewater treatment plants at multiple locations.
• Liaise with clients, client representatives, and officials regarding plant performance, operational issues, service requirements, and ongoing activities.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, operators, technicians, and internal teams to ensure smooth plant operations.
• Monitor plant performance, process parameters, maintenance schedules, and compliance with operational requirements.
• Attend site visits and client meetings, understand concerns, and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, and service interventions.




• Prepare and review operational reports, service updates, and performance summaries for internal management and clients.
• Coordinate requirements related to manpower, spares, chemicals, consumables, and other operational needs.
• Support commissioning, stabilisation, and handover activities for new projects, wherever required.
• Travel to project sites across different cities and states as required. Desired Candidate Profile
• 2–5 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment, preferably in O&M;, service, or project operations.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, or a related engineering discipline.
• Familiarity with STP, ETP, WTP, and associated treatment processes.
• Valuable communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact professionally with clients and senior officials.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and coordinate effectively with different teams.
• Willingness to travel extensively to project locations when required. Candidates with experience in multi-location O&M;, client coordination, and service operations in the water and wastewater treatment industry will be preferred.
