Role Description This is a full time, on-site Steward role based at Treat Hotels & Resorts in Kumbhalgarh. The Steward will support daily food and beverage operations by maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, service areas, and back-of-house spaces. Responsibilities include washing and storing dishes and utensils, ensuring proper hygiene and sanitation standards, assisting with basic food preparation, and replenishing service stations.



The role involves coordinating with kitchen and restaurant teams to ensure smooth service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner periods, as well as banquets and events. The Steward is expected to follow safety protocols, handle equipment responsibly, and provide courteous support to colleagues to enhance overall guest experience. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with team members and support a positive guest experience.
• Candidates should possess Food & Beverage and Food Service knowledge to assist with service setup, handling of crockery and cutlery, and coordination with kitchen and restaurant staff.
• Candidates should possess the ability to participate in and benefit from Training related to hygiene, safety standards, and standard operating procedures.
• Candidates should possess basic understanding of hospitality operations, including cleanliness, sanitation practices, and safe handling of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Prior experience in hotel, resort, or restaurant stewarding or kitchen assistance is preferred; flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and event schedules is required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is beneficial; willingness to learn, attention to detail, and reliability are essential.
