Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Contracts to manage contract drafting, review, validation, compliance, and contract lifecycle management while leading a contracts team.

Key Responsibilities
• Draft, review, validate, and manage various types of contracts and agreements.
• Handle commercial, vendor, client, employment, and service agreements.
• Ensure contractual documentation complies with company policies and applicable legal requirements.
• Manage the complete contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and documentation.
• Identify contractual risks and coordinate with legal, HR, procurement, finance, and business teams.
• Lead, mentor,



and manage team members to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery.
• Support contract negotiations and resolve contractual issues with relevant stakeholders. Mandatory Skills
• 5–8 years of experience in contract management, contract drafting, review, and validation.
• Hands-on experience with commercial, vendor, client, employment, or service agreements.
• Knowledge of contract compliance, risk assessment, and contract lifecycle management.
• Team handling, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Robust communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
