Responsibilities:
Build microservices on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), with Claude AI woven into our core product workflows. You’ll own services end to end across our meeting, SMS/messaging, and vendor-integration platforms,



and help drive our ongoing migration from monolithic components to a cleanly decoupled service architecture. What you’ll do:
• Design, build, and operate microservices in Python and/or Node.js, deployed to AKS
• Integrate Claude (Anthropic API) into product features — prompt design, tool use, and reliable handling of model responses
• Build and maintain services across our meeting, SMS, and vendor-facing domains
• Lead decoupling efforts: carve well-bounded services out of existing systems, define clean APIs and event contracts, and manage data/traffic migration with minimal disruption
• Integrate third-party vendor APIs (telephony/SMS, meeting platforms) with an eye toward resilience and graceful degradation
