The LEAP Program is for individuals who have majored in Business Management (full time), with 0-3 years pre-MBA work experience. The program consists of a structured 12-month training period*. This training period is made up of 3 stints of 4 months each across Aditya Birla Group businesses. The intent in year 1 is to provide a holistic experience across the functions and businesses of the Group. Upon the completion of the first 12 months, participants undergo a confirmation process. Participants who are confirmed undergo a mandatory 2-year role with a focus on Frontline business roles (Revenue generation roles) like Sales (Retail & Wholesale) & Operations (Retail & Manufacturing Ops) & Supply Chain Management, encouraging them to hone core skills. Upon completion of their first business role, usually of 2 years, participants have the option to explore other internal business roles including Strategy, Planning, etc.
