Role Description The Articled Assistant will work on a full-time, on-site basis at Elite Valuation’s Ahmedabad office. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with business valuation assignments, financial modelling, and preparation of valuation reports and presentations under various standards such as Ind AS, IFRS, and US GAAP. The role involves supporting senior team members on ESOP valuation and advisory, M&A; and transaction support, and FEMA and international valuation engagements. The Articled Assistant will help gather and analyze financial and operational data, perform industry and company research,



and contribute to due diligence and compliance-related documentation. The position offers hands-on exposure to diverse client engagements and an opportunity to build strong technical and professional skills in valuation and financial advisory. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid financial analysis and valuation skills, including basic knowledge of business valuation concepts, financial modelling, and corporate finance.
• Candidates should possess solid accounting and reporting skills, with familiarity in financial statements and an interest in Ind AS, IFRS, US GAAP, and related valuation and reporting requirements.
• Candidates should possess analytical and research skills, including proficiency in data gathering, industry benchmarking, and interpreting financial and market information.
• Candidates should possess communication and documentation skills, including clear written English, report drafting, presentation preparation, and attention to detail.
• Candidates should possess proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, along with comfort working with numerical data and templates.
• Enrollment as an Article/Trainee under CA or similar professional program, or pursuing professional qualifications in finance or accounting, is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a professional office environment, manage timelines, and maintain high standards of integrity and confidentiality.
