• Experience with tools such as: Salesforce Jira Confluence Visio/Lucidchart/Draw.io Microsoft 365 Suite SharePoint Experience Required
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Techno-Functional Analyst.
• Experience working with Salesforce implementation, enhancement, or support teams.
• Experience documenting enterprise business processes and system landscapes.
• Experience supporting digital applications, CRM platforms, and integrated enterprise solutions.
