Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Operations Management: Oversee the entire manufacturing process, including laser cutting, bending, welding, robotic welding, painting, packing, and dispatch, ensuring smooth and effective operations. 2. Department Coordination: Manage and coordinate Production, PPC, NPD, Maintenance, Quality, SCM, Paint Shop, and Sales teams to achieve organizational goals and ensure on-time delivery. 3. Production Planning & Performance: Monitor production targets, capacity utilization, manpower planning, machine efficiency, and operational KPIs to improve productivity and reduce downtime. 4. Quality, Safety & Process Improvement: Ensure adherence to quality standards, IMS, 5S, safety procedures, and customer requirements while driving continuous improvement and cost optimization. 5. Business & Financial Management: Monitor operational costs, budgets, profitability, and overall plant performance while leading cross-functional teams to achieve business targets and customer satisfaction.
