Remote / India Employment Type: Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Zoho Consultant with robust expertise in Zoho CRM, Zoho One, Deluge scripting, workflow automation, and third-party integrations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing, customizing, and optimizing Zoho applications based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Implement, configure, and customize Zoho CRM and Zoho One applications.
• Develop custom workflows, functions, and automation using Deluge scripting.
• Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems using REST APIs and webhooks.
• Configure modules, layouts, custom fields, validation rules, approval processes, and dashboards.
• Work with Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Flow.
• Perform data migration, data mapping, cleansing, and validation.




• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide post-implementation assistance.
• Prepare technical documentation and conduct user training. Mandatory Skills
• 4+ years of experience implementing and customizing Zoho applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho One.
• Proficiency in Deluge scripting and custom function development.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Strong knowledge of workflow automation, business process configuration, and data migration.
• Experience with at least two of Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho Analytics, or Zoho Flow. Preferred Skills
• Zoho certifications.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or SQL.
• Experience integrating Zoho with ERP, accounting, or e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of Zoho Blueprint, custom widgets, and advanced reporting.
