Role Description This full-time Project Engineer role is an on-site position based in Pune City. The Project Engineer will coordinate and oversee fire protection, ELV, and gas suppression system projects from planning through execution, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and client requirements. Daily responsibilities include preparing project plans and schedules, reviewing designs and drawings, coordinating with internal teams and contractors, and monitoring progress against timelines and budgets. The role involves site supervision, conducting inspections and testing of installed systems, resolving technical and operational issues,



and preparing regular status reports and documentation. The Project Engineer will also participate in client meetings, support procurement and resource planning, and contribute to continuous improvement in project delivery and safety practices. Qualifications
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects.
• Determine project responsibilities by identifying project phases and key elements.
• Maintain project schedules by tracking progress, coordinating activities, and resolving issues.
• Ensure a safe and clean working setting by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Monitor compliance with applicable codes, standards, QA/QC policies, and technical specifications.
• Interact with clients on a regular basis to understand requirements and represent them at site level.
• Perform overall quality control of projects, including budget, schedule, planning, and team performance.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project status to management.
• Assign responsibilities to team members and mentor the project team.
• Coordinate effectively with Project Managers and other stakeholders to provide technical support.
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate corrective actions wherever required.
