India & Saudi Arabia ? Company: Gillespie & Powers, Inc. ? Employment Type: Full-Time | Project-Based We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Manager (QA/QC) to join our team for a major Aluminum Recycling Plant Project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. ?

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain project Quality Plans and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
• Review engineering, procurement, and supplier quality documentation
• Conduct supplier audits, inspections, and surveillance activities
• Manage Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
• Monitor installation, commissioning, and performance testing activities
• Raise, track, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and quality requirements
• Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and clients to resolve quality issues ?

Requirements:
· Degree in Mechanical, Electrical,



Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
· 5+ years of QA/QC experience in industrial, manufacturing, EPC, or construction projects
· Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
· Experience with inspections, audits, FAT/SAT, and quality documentation
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
· Willingness to travel and relocate to Saudi Arabia during the project execution phase ? Preferred Certifications:
• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor
• ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent
