Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer with strong experience in electrical system engineering, product design and development, component qualification, and validation for HVAC, Transport Refrigeration, or automotive electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop electrical systems and power electronics modules.
• Qualify electrical components such as temperature sensors, actuators, solenoids, motors, drives, batteries, and contactors.
• Develop and execute test plans, analyze test results, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare DFMEA, validation plans, technical specifications, and application documents.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent corrective actions for product quality and reliability issues.
• Support New Product Development (NPD), project gate reviews, and IDR processes.




• Develop system architecture and electrical hook-up diagrams.
• Coordinate HALT, EMC, and regulatory compliance testing.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards for mobile AC/DC systems. Mandatory Skills
