Role Description The IT Consultant – Python role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mohali district. The consultant will analyse client requirements, design technical solutions, and implement Python-based applications and integrations aligned with business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting technical assessments, providing guidance on best practices, troubleshooting issues, and delivering hands-on support for deployments and configurations. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, preparing documentation, and advising stakeholders on optimizing their IT environment, performance, and security.



The successful candidate will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support digital transformation projects across Tech Essentia’s service areas. A person who can take ownership of the product. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong IT Consulting and Consulting skills to understand client needs, propose solutions, and advise on technology strategies.
• Candidates should possess solid Information Technology and Technical Support skills to implement, maintain, and troubleshoot systems and applications.
• Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret requirements, diagnose issues, and optimize system performance and reliability.
• Proficiency in Python programming and related frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI) for backend development and automation.
• Experience with databases, APIs, RESTful services, and integration of third-party tools and cloud platforms.
• Robust understanding of software development life cycle, version control (e.g., Git), and agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in on-site, client-facing environments.
• Experience in consulting or service-based environments and exposure to digital transformation projects is an advantage.
