Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an IT Administrator and Facilities Management professional. The role involves managing and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, network equipment, user systems, and security configurations. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring system performance, providing technical support to team members, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring data backups and updates are performed regularly. In addition, the role includes overseeing facilities operations such as office equipment upkeep, coordinating with vendors and service providers,



and ensuring a safe, reliable, and well-maintained work environment. The individual will collaborate with technology and operations teams to support smooth business continuity and productive workplace functioning. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in System Administration and Information Technology, including managing operating systems, user accounts, and IT assets.
• Candidates should possess Network Administration skills, such as configuring routers and switches, monitoring network performance, and maintaining secure connectivity.
• Candidates should possess Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for end users.
• Experience with IT security best practices, data backup and recovery, and documentation of IT processes is highly beneficial.
• Prior experience in facilities management, vendor coordination, and office infrastructure maintenance is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple tasks, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
