Role Description This is a full time, on-site Procurement 2 Purchase Assistant role based in Old Goa. The Procurement Assistant will support the purchasing and procurement processes, including sending RFQs, preparing and processing purchase orders, maintaining accurate records, and tracking delivery timelines. The role involves coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure materials and services are sourced on time and in line with quality and cost requirements. The Procurement Assistant will assist in evaluating vendor quotations, monitoring inventory levels, and resolving basic discrepancies in orders and invoices. The role also requires regular documentation, reporting, and collaboration with the procurement team to improve efficiency and support shipbuilding operations. Qualifications
• 3-5 years experience in Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Management




• Knowledge of ERP / SAP is a must
• Candidates should possess strong communication, analytical and negotiatios skills, with the ability to compare prices, evaluate basic data, and support cost-effective decisions.
• Ability to coordinate clearly with suppliers, internal departments, and team members and maintain all records.
• Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in supply chain, business, commerce, or a related field are beneficial.
