Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Owner role based in Thrissur at Tout Le Monde À Table . The Owner is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including staff supervision, customer experience, inventory control, and quality standards. The role involves managing finances, budgeting, vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety requirements. The Owner will develop and implement business strategies, marketing initiatives, and menu or service enhancements to drive growth and profitability. This position also requires hands-on involvement in resolving operational issues, maintaining a positive workplace culture, and representing the business within the local community. Qualifications
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train, motivate, and guide staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Operational management experience, including inventory oversight, scheduling, workflow optimization, and quality control.
• Business and financial acumen, such as budgeting, cost control, basic accounting,



and performance analysis.
• Customer service and communication skills to build lasting relationships with guests and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Experience in hospitality, restaurant management, or a related service industry is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of local health, safety, and regulatory requirements relevant to food and beverage operations.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Thrissur and adapt to flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to be hands-on in all aspects of the business.
• Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and digital tools for reservations, billing, and inventory is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a comparable field is preferred but not mandatory if supported by strong experience.
