We are hiring for the role of Call Center Associate. This will be a on-site role based at Gurgaon.

Education:
Any Graduate Languages : Comfortable speaking in Hindi & English Knowledge of Bengali will be added advantage , but not mandatory Role &

Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls from patients regarding appointments and queries.
• Make outbound follow-up calls to patients.
• Help patients with appointment booking, rescheduling, and basic information.
• Understand patient requirements and provide the right assistance.
• Maintain basic call details and follow the defined process.
• Coordinate with the relevant internal teams whenever required. Requirements
• Candidates with min 6 months to 3 years of experience in customer support, customer care will be preferred
• Comfortable speaking with patients over the phone.
• Good listening skills and a polite, patient attitude.
• Comfortable working in versatile shifts with 6 days working and rotational week off.
