₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, based on experience, skills, and portfolio Work Time Zone: Canada Time Zone Overview As an Email Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing email marketing campaigns to engage, nurture, and convert leads into customers. This is a hybrid role, and you will be required to join our Gurgaon/Gurugram office when required. Therefore, candidates should be currently living in Delhi or Gurgaon/Gurugram and be able to commute to the Gurgaon office. The role supports a Canada-based business, so you must be comfortable working according to Canadian business hours/time zones. ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy and Execution
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns aligned with business and marketing goals.
• Create promotional campaigns, newsletters, product/service updates, re-engagement campaigns, and lead-nurturing sequences.
• Coordinate with the marketing and content teams to ensure email campaigns support overall marketing objectives. Content Creation and Optimization
• Write clear, engaging, and conversion-focused email copy.
• Create compelling subject lines, CTAs, and email content.
• Test and optimize email content to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across campaigns. Segmentation and Personalization
• Segment email lists based on customer demographics, interests, behavior, and engagement.
• Create personalized campaigns for different audiences and stages of the customer journey.




• Maintain and improve the quality of email databases. Email Automation
• Set up and manage automated email workflows.
• Create welcome sequences, lead-nurturing campaigns, follow-ups, and re-engagement workflows.
• Monitor automation performance and make improvements based on results. Performance Analysis and Reporting
• Track key metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and campaign performance.
• Conduct A/B testing of subject lines, content, CTAs, and other campaign elements.
• Prepare regular performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement. SEO & Blog Support
• Assist with updating and maintaining website blogs.
• Update existing blog content when required.
• Write and optimize content using basic SEO best practices.
• Conduct basic keyword research and ensure blogs are structured for search visibility. Technical Skills
• Work with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with email templates and basic HTML/CSS is an advantage.
• Maintain email marketing best practices and compliance with applicable regulations. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business,



or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in email marketing.
• Experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Understanding of email marketing metrics and analytics.
• Experience with email automation and audience segmentation.
• Basic understanding of SEO and blog optimization.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Knowledge of current email marketing trends and best practices.
• Must currently be living in Delhi or Gurgaon/Gurugram.
• Must be comfortable working according to Canadian time zones. Work Arrangement
