Role Description The Education Counsellor is a full-time, on-site role based in Sanganer. This role involves guiding prospective students and learners in understanding suitable educational and training options offered by the company, including IT and digital marketing programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, assessing student interests and goals, explaining course structures and career pathways, and helping learners choose appropriate programs. The Education Counsellor will maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, follow up with leads, coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams, and support outreach events or seminars.



The role also includes responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, while ensuring a professional, supportive, and unbiased counseling experience. Qualifications
• Strong Educational Consulting and Education-related advisory skills, with the ability to explain programs and learning outcomes clearly.
• Demonstrated experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling, helping individuals align education choices with career goals.
• Excellent Communication skills, including active listening, clear spoken and written communication, and a professional, empathetic approach.
• Ability to build trust with diverse learners, maintain confidentiality, and provide non-judgmental, inclusive guidance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, Management, or a related field; relevant certifications in counseling or guidance are an advantage.
• Basic understanding of IT, digital marketing, and online education trends, or willingness to learn these domains.
• Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple inquiries and follow-ups efficiently.
• Comfort working on-site in Sanganer, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and using computers and CRM or admission management tools.
