Role Description The Motor Insurance role at mNivesh is a full-time, in office position based in Delhi, India. The role involves advising clients on suitable motor insurance products, explaining policy features and coverage, and assisting with quotations and policy issuance. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating client requirements, coordinating with insurance partners, managing renewals, and supporting claim processes to ensure timely resolution. The role also includes maintaining accurate records, following regulatory and company guidelines, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance client experience and support overall business growth. Qualifications




• Candidates should possess strong knowledge of motor insurance products, policy structures, and basic underwriting concepts.
• Candidates should possess skills in client relationship management, consultation, and customer service to handle inquiries and provide clear guidance.
• Candidates should possess abilities in documentation, data entry, and attention to detail for accurate policy processing and record-keeping.
• Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex insurance terms in simple language and build trust with clients.
• Candidates should possess sales and negotiation skills to identify client needs, present options, and support business growth ethically.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in finance, business, or commerce, or equivalent practical experience in insurance.
• Prior experience in motor insurance or general insurance distribution is highly beneficial.
• Comfort with basic computer applications and digital tools for managing policies and client information.
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi and adhere to regulatory and compliance standards in the insurance industry.
