Full-Time Employment Type: Permanent Work Mode: Work from Office About Voise Tech Voise Tech is building a high-performance, enterprise-grade AdTech platform designed to process billions of advertising transactions daily. We are developing our own AdServer, Video Advertising and other Tech solutions using Coding Fundamentals, Apache Kafka and ClickHouse, with a strong focus on scalability, performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
• Own and manage our bare-metal infrastructure and networking, working closely with bare metals and future infrastructure providers.
• Handle server provisioning, network configuration, deployment readiness, hardware upgrades and capacity planning.
• Optimize high-throughput networking, including 25/50 Gbps connectivity, bandwidth utilization, routing and latency.
• Manage Linux servers, firewalls, VLANs, IP addressing, DNS and network security.
• Monitor infrastructure health, troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues,



and ensure high availability.
• Coordinate data center operations, vendor escalations and infrastructure expansion across regions.
• Improve infrastructure efficiency, reliability and operating costs. Qualifications
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in network engineering, data center operations or bare-metal infrastructure management.
• Robust knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, Linux and network troubleshooting.
• Experience with dedicated servers, high-bandwidth networks and infrastructure monitoring.
• Familiarity with automation and multi-region infrastructure is a plus.
