LeaderForge delivers video-based leadership development programs for managers and organizations. We are seeking a skilled Video Editor to produce high-quality, brand-compliant learning content that combines AI-generated presenters, motion graphics and professional visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

* Edit learning videos end to end in Adobe Premiere Pro, in line with approved scripts and production guidelines
* Produce AI presenter footage using HeyGen and develop motion graphics and animations in Adobe After Effects
* Visualize workplace scenarios using stock footage, AI-generated imagery and iconography
* Ensure full compliance with brand standards, including colour, typography, audio levels and export specifications
* Ensure high-quality output is delivered in a timely manner Requirements

* 3+ years of qualified video editing experience,



supported by a portfolio of corporate, explainer or e-learning content
* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and other video editing tools
* Working knowledge of HeyGen AI avatars, AI image and video generation tools, and ChatGPT or other LLMs for creative ideation
* A disciplined, professional approach with strict adherence to brand guidelines and full ownership of deliverables
* A consistent track record of timely delivery, effective workload planning and proactive communication of risks
