About The Job We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead Agile delivery across enterprise Salesforce programs.

Key Responsibilities
Scrum Master & Agile Delivery:
• Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives and Scrum of Scrums.
• Drive Agile ceremonies across multiple Salesforce teams and ensure effective adoption of Agile/Scrum principles.
• Identify and remove impediments, blockers, dependencies and delivery risks. Scrum Of Scrums & Dependency Management
• Facilitate Scrum of Scrums for large enterprise Salesforce programs involving multiple Agile teams.
• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies across Salesforce workstreams. Project Management
• Take ownership of Project Management activities when required.
• Manage scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, milestones and delivery commitments. Salesforce Ecosystem Knowledge
• Maintain strong practical understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and platform fundamentals.
• Communicate effectively with Salesforce technical teams without requiring hands-on development expertise. Release & Delivery Management
• Support Salesforce release planning and coordinate activities across multiple releases and deployments. Enterprise & Large-Team Coordination
• Work with large enterprise clients and geographically distributed teams.




• Manage competing priorities across multiple Salesforce workstreams. Agile Governance & Reporting
• Track and report Agile metrics including velocity, sprint predictability, throughput, cycle time and burndown.
• Prepare delivery dashboards, status reports and governance updates. Stakeholder Management
• Act as a key communication point between delivery teams and client stakeholders.
• Facilitate difficult conversations, escalations, conflicts and competing priorities. Required Skills And Qualifications
• 8+ years of overall experience with strong experience as a Scrum Master in Salesforce environments.
• Strong experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Administration concepts.
• Good understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Scrum of Scrums.
• Experience coordinating multiple Scrum teams and large Salesforce programs.
• Strong dependency, risk, issue and escalation management skills.
• Strong experience with Jira, Confluence and Agile delivery tools.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) / Professional Scrum Master (PSM)

• Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Preferred.
• SAFe Certification
- Valuable to have.
• PMP / PRINCE2
