Key Responsibilities
• Lead technical delivery across multiple enterprise accounts.
• Define integration standards and review solution designs and code.
• Drive release readiness, automation, and faster go-lives.
• Resolve complex technical issues and lead root-cause analysis.
• Mentor and develop a team of 4–8 Solution Engineers. What We are Looking For
• 4–5 years of enterprise SaaS implementation experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring engineers.
• Strong programming knowledge of JavaScript, Java, and SQL.
• Expertise in APIs, middleware, EDI/SFTP, and ERP/WMS integrations.
