5+ Years We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / Manager – Presales to join our team and support techno-commercial proposal development for CDMO business opportunities. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, analytical skills, and expertise in proposal management.

Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate RFPs, RFIs, and technical packages to understand customer requirements and define proposal strategies.
• Coordinate with PR&D;, AR&D;, Manufacturing, SCM, HSE, Projects, and Finance teams to gather technical and commercial inputs.
• Develop manufacturing strategies, capacity assessments, equipment mapping, batch size optimization, and commercialization plans.
• Work closely with SCM teams for raw material pricing, vendor identification, and lead-time assessment.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for development activities, analytical support, stability studies, pilot batches, and commercial manufacturing campaigns.
• Develop technical proposals,



commercial quotations, pricing sheets, project timelines, and supporting documentation.
• Facilitate proposal review meetings, obtain internal approvals, and ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals.
• Support customer discussions, technical clarifications, scope evaluations, and change requests during the proposal stage.
• Maintain proposal trackers, prospect pipelines, costing databases, and CRM records.
• Act as a single point of coordination between Business Development and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate proposal generation. Desired Profile:
• Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Presales, Proposal Management, Bid Management, or CDMO Business Development support.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical development and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
