FABRIC SOURCING HEAD

Location:
Noida Experience Required: More than 20 years (Apparel Export company only) Only Delhi/NCR candidates will be considered for this role BL International is looking for an experienced Fabric Sourcing Head with strong expertise in woven fabric sourcing and procurement to lead our fabric sourcing function.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead domestic and international woven fabric sourcing and supplier development
• Manage mills, dyeing, printing and finishing vendors
• Drive fabric development, sampling and approvals in coordination with design and product development teams
• Ensure fabric quality, buyer compliance and timely deliveries
• Manage costing, budgeting, inventory and cost optimization
• Lead and mentor the fabric sourcing team Ideal Candidate: Solid experience in woven fabric sourcing, vendor negotiations, costing, quality management and team leadership, preferably in the apparel export industry only.
