Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Raipur for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will manage sales activities, including prospecting, building and maintaining customer relationships, and closing orders for industrial and automotive bearings. Daily tasks include meeting clients, understanding their technical and commercial needs, preparing quotations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support. The role also involves executing marketing initiatives, such as promoting products, conducting product trainings or demonstrations, gathering market intelligence,



and contributing to sales reports and forecasts. The specialist is expected to represent the brand professionally, provide responsive customer service, and support revenue growth in the region. Qualifications
• Strong Communication skills to engage with clients, present products clearly, and collaborate with internal teams.
• Customer Service and Training skills to support clients, handle inquiries, and provide product guidance or demonstrations.
• Sales and Sales Management skills to identify opportunities, manage pipelines, negotiate terms, and achieve sales targets.
• Basic understanding of industrial and automotive components; experience with bearings or technical products is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Raipur, travel locally for client visits, and maintain a professional, client-focused approach.
• Proficiency with common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) and maintaining accurate sales documentation.
