Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Academic Delivery
• Deliver finance courses such as:
• Financial Management
• Business Environment
• Entrepreneurship
• Develop and update course content, case studies, and teaching materials with current financial practices and market trends.
• Use cutting-edge teaching methods, including simulations, digital tools, and blended learning models.
• Engage students with real-world applications of finance through projects, presentations, and case discussions. Research & Publication
• Conduct research in finance-related areas such as capital markets, fintech, risk management, or behavioral finance.
• Publish in peer-reviewed journals and present at academic conferences.




• Encourage and guide student research, publications, and finance-related competitions. Student Mentorship
• Mentor students for internships, industry projects, and career pathways in finance. Curriculum Development
• Contribute to designing and updating finance curriculum.
• Ensure academic content aligns with industry standards and regulatory frameworks. Institutional Participation
