Key Responsibilities
• Testing Strategy & Execution: Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive testing strategies to validate data reports, exports, and end-of-study deliverables.
• Requirements & Protocol Consistency: Ensure report requirements and data transfer specifications are clear, testable, proofread,



and consistent with clinical trial protocols.
• Data Entry & Test Cases: Perform accurate data entry with a focus on generating both positive and negative test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of system validation scenarios.
• Data Mapping & Verification: Execute qualification testing on data mapping/exports and verify customer data clarification requests.
• Defect Tracking & Documentation: Document and track defects to resolution while ensuring all testing adheres to applicable processes and procedures.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration with developers, product managers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or needed. Minimum Qualifications
• Education /

Experience:
Associate degree or equivalent experience in software quality assurance, data testing, or related fields.
• Technical

Skills:
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel .
• Basic SQL knowledge .
• Process & Tool Knowledge: Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) and adhering to structured test documentation processes.
• Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal), ensuring transparent and effective exchange with personnel at various levels.
• Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, self-motivated,
