Role Purpose To support the HORECA sales function by managing customer orders, account servicing, sales coordination, inventory, invoicing and reporting, ensuring seamless execution from order to delivery and strong ongoing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage HORECA orders, quotations, proformas, invoicing and dispatch coordination.
• Act as the back-end point of contact for hotels, restaurants, bars, cigar lounges and other HORECA accounts.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse and accounts teams to ensure timely fulfilment and accurate billing.
• Track stock availability, pending orders, customer requirements and product allocations.
• Maintain customer records, purchase history, sales trackers and monthly MIS.
• Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with customers/accounts for timely collections.
• Support the sales team with pricing, product information, customer data and meeting requirements.
• Follow up on leads generated through events, activations and customer interactions.
• Assist with HORECA events,



tastings and brand activations, including product and stock coordination.
• Identify opportunities for repeat orders, account growth and improved customer engagement. Candidate Profile
• 2–4 years’ experience in sales coordination, HORECA, hospitality, FMCG or premium/luxury products.
• Robust communication, organisation and follow-up skills.
• Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and sales MIS.
• Commercially aware with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate effectively across sales, accounts, warehouse and customers.
• Proactive, responsive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Job
