This is a Business Development / Sales Development (BDR/SDR) role focused on generating qualified leads and appointments for Sales teams across Europe and North America. The role involves prospecting through cold calls, emails, social selling, and marketing campaigns, and transitioning qualified opportunities to Sales Directors. Candidates must have prior sales/business development experience within SAP services, with a good understanding of SAP solutions and the services landscape. Your

key responsibilities
• Play a critical role in generating leads while acting as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams (or perform outreach activities in Europe/North America to generate appointments for the EU/NA Sales Team)
• Generate qualified leads by researching, contacting, and developing relationships with prospects through cold calls, emails, and social selling.
• Organize and facilitate meetings to transition prospects to your Sales Director team.
• Generate leads from various types of campaigns (marketing, cold call, social, etc.)



within the software and/or professional service world.
• Excellent communication and listening skills are key to developing lasting relationships with prospects based on current business issues, industry trends, regulations, and future initiatives.
• Utilize various sales tools to track all activities on a daily basis. Skills and attributes for success:
• Work experience as an Inside Sales, BDR/SDR
• Successfully executed cold call campaigns
• Track record of achieving quotas
• knowledge of Supply chain business process, experience in SAP SCM is an advantage
• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce.com)
• Willingness to work hard in a team environment with adaptable work timings to support in EST time zone
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Able to work independently and deliver results
