The Role We’re looking for a partnerships professional who knows how to turn conversations into revenue. If you have a strong network of brands and agencies, a track record of closing high-value deals, and the ability to build pitches that brands want to say yes to, this role is for you. This isn't just about building connections. It's about closing deals, driving revenue, and building partnerships that last.

What You'll Do
• Drive end-to-end brand partnerships across education, tech, FMCG, entertainment, BFSI, and more.
• Leverage your existing network of brand managers and agency leaders to unlock new opportunities.
• Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Build compelling campaign pitches with our creative and execution teams.
• Lead negotiations, proposals, deal closures, and contract finalization.




• Build long-term relationships that drive repeat business.
• Track your sales pipeline, deal progress, and revenue performance. What We're Looking For
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or brand partnerships.
• A proven track record of independently closing deals.
• Strong connections with brand managers, agency leads, or digital marketing heads.
• Excellent communication, pitching, and negotiation skills.
• An understanding of how brands approach youth marketing.
• The ability to thrive in a quick-paced, target-driven workplace. Bonus Points If You Have
• Experience in youth media, influencer marketing, or student-focused platforms.
• Worked with content creators and creative teams to build campaign ideas.
• A background in client servicing, media buying, or strategic partnerships.
