Role Description This is an internship role for a Social Media Intern, based in Indore with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The Social Media Intern will support the creation, scheduling, and publishing of content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others as needed. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with social media content creation (posts, stories, reels), engaging with the online community through comments and messages, and monitoring trends relevant to the studio’s brand and clients. The intern will help track basic performance metrics,



compile straightforward reports, and contribute ideas for campaigns and collaborations. The role involves close collaboration with the creative team, participation in brainstorming sessions, and supporting broader digital marketing activities as assigned. Qualifications
• Strong interest and foundational skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, with familiarity using major platforms.
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing concepts, especially as they relate to brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and interact with online communities.
• Creative mindset with a good visual sense; basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, or similar) is an advantage.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in marketing, communications, design, media, or a related field is preferred.
• Organized, reliable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
• Availability to work from Indore on designated in-office days and manage assigned tasks remotely when working from home.
