The Senior ServiceNow DevOps Engineer will oversee all critical operational support to all services under our scope. You will provide second/third level day-to-day operation support, and help investigate and resolve incidents, which were not resolved in lower support levels Provide expertise and deliver operational support within SLAs, following ITS processes. Monitor daily activities, prioritize tasks,



and ensure adherence to departmental policies. Offer backline technical support for business applications, prepare technical reports, and plan implementations with minimal disruption.
