Experience:
1–3 years. Strong freshers with a portfolio may apply The role Shape how Societal Life looks, communicates and moves. You'll create social media content, promotional creatives, explainer videos, product demonstrations and app walkthroughs that make our software features easy to understand and visually engaging. You'll work closely with the marketing, product and business teams to turn product features and ideas into clear, professional and engaging visual content.

What you'll do
• Design social media posts, carousels, advertisements, brochures, presentations and other marketing materials.
• Create motion graphics, explainers, product animations, Reels and Shorts.
• Produce app feature walkthroughs and product demonstration videos.
• Edit promotional and product videos with captions, transitions, sound and platform-ready exports.
• Turn application screens and features into clear visual stories.
• Create graphics and animations that explain software features in a simple and engaging way.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across social media, marketing materials and digital platforms.
• Create visual assets for product launches, campaigns and promotional activities.
• Work with the marketing and product teams to understand briefs and deliver content according to the content calendar.
• Respond positively to feedback and make revisions within agreed timelines.




• Organise and maintain editable design, animation and project files. Skills needed
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma or Canva.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Understanding of keyframing, text animation, transitions and motion graphics.
• Experience with screen recording and app/software walkthrough animation.
• Robust understanding of typography, colour, layout, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Knowledge of design requirements for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency.
• Good time management and ability to manage multiple creative tasks.
• Ability to communicate design ideas clearly with non-designers. Good to have
• UI/UX or application mockup experience.
• Experience creating SaaS, technology or product-focused visual content.
• Lottie animation experience.
• Basic 3D or Blender skills.
• Experience with AI-assisted design and creative tools.
• Basic understanding of video storytelling and content marketing. Portfolio required A portfolio or showreel is mandatory. Please include a link to your portfolio/showreel with your application.
