• Skilled L2 engineer to support and administer Microsoft 365 services in a hybrid environment, ensuring service availability and adherence to SLAs
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in Microsoft 365 support and administration
• Experience supporting enterprise hybrid Exchange environments
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online & Exchange Server (Hybrid), Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online administration
• Working knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure AD Connect, Active Directory, and Windows Server
• PowerShell scripting for administration and automation
• Sound understanding of DNS, SMTP, mail flow, and authentication
• Familiarity with ITIL-based Incident, Problem, and Change Management

Key Responsibilities
*
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Exchange On-Premises (Hybrid) environments
• Manage mailboxes, distribution groups, mail flow, transport rules, and Exchange migrations
• Administer Microsoft Teams, including Teams, Channels, Meeting Policies, Calling, and collaboration features
• Manage SharePoint Online sites, permissions, document libraries,



and user access
• Support Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure AD Connect, MFA, and Conditional Access
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement service improvements
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks
