Mumbai ? What You’ll Do
• Lead deployment, configuration, and integration of Motadata solutions in customer environments to ensure operational efficiency.
• Implement Observability and Monitoring solutions across enterprise infrastructures to enhance system visibility.
• Design and deploy APM and RUM use cases to optimize application performance and user experience.
• Work closely with clients to understand business and technical requirements, ensuring solutions are tailored to meet specific needs.
• Design scalable IT Monitoring, Logging, and ITSM solutions for diverse organizational needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams including DevOps, Product, and Support to ensure seamless implementation delivery.
• Provide training and onboarding support to customers to promote effective product adoption.
• Create and maintain comprehensive implementation documentation,



SOPs, and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot deployment and integration challenges efficiently to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction. ? Key Skills & Expertise
• Hands-on experience with Observability and Monitoring tools such as Datadog, SolarWinds, or Motadata.
• Robust expertise in APM and RUM implementation.
• Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow, Symphony, or Zoho Desk.
• Experience of Linux, Windows Server, Networking, DMZ, and Firewalls.
• Experience with Cloud and On-Premise deployments.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills ➕ Good to Have
• ITIL Certification
• Experience with Power BI / Tableau / JasperBI
• Scripting or automation exposure
