Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Non-IT Recruiter with experience in U.
S. staffing to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and successfully placing candidates with clients. The ideal candidate should have experience recruiting for industries such as Construction, Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, Finance, and Electrical Engineering. Experience in Healthcare and Legal recruitment is a plus. The candidate should possess strong sourcing, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Strong candidate screening, interviewing, communication, and negotiation skills.
