Role Description We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Associate Sales Manager – Fire Safety Solutions to join our team in Raipur. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding sales of Ceasefire and Securezone fire safety products across industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors. The role involves identifying prospective customers, conducting field visits, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable fire safety products, preparing quotations, following up on enquiries, and converting leads into orders. The candidate will build relationships with factories, offices, hospitals, hotels, educational institutions, contractors, consultants,



and facility management companies. The position also requires coordinating with internal teams for order processing, timely deliveries, documentation, and after-sales support. Maintaining customer databases, tracking sales opportunities, preparing reports, and achieving assigned sales targets will be

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in Raipur and nearby industrial areas. Promote Ceasefire and Securezone fire extinguishers and fire safety products. Conduct regular field visits, customer meetings, and product presentations. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate fire safety solutions. Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers. Explore opportunities through contractors, consultants, dealers, and institutional customers. Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and enquiry follow-up reports. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction. Work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets.



Qualifications & Requirements Must be currently residing in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. Applications from candidates based in other cities will not be considered. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills. Interest in fire safety, industrial safety equipment, and protection solutions. Ability to generate leads, identify prospective customers, and develop new business independently. Willingness to learn about fire extinguishers, fire safety products, and their applications. Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, email, and sales record management. Ability to manage multiple enquiries, organize field visits, and follow up consistently. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Experience in B2B sales, industrial products, fire safety, or related sectors will be an advantage. Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply. Willingness to travel for customer visits within Raipur and nearby industrial areas.
