About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, articulate, and results-driven Business Development Executive Intern to join our growth team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be outbound telecalling, qualifying prospects, and generating verified leads for our B2B solutions and services. This internship is ideal for candidates looking to build a strong foundation in corporate sales, client acquisition, and communication strategy. High performers will be considered for a full-time Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).

Key Responsibilities
· Conduct outbound calling campaigns using targeted prospect lists to identify and engage potential business clients.
· Pitch our service offerings clearly and effectively to decision-makers (Founders, CXOs, Department Heads).
· Understand prospect requirements, address initial queries, and qualify leads against predefined criteria.
· Schedule discovery calls and product/service walkthroughs between qualified prospects and the senior sales team.
· Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of calls, follow-ups, lead statuses, and feedback in the CRM/tracking sheets.
· Follow up consistently with warm leads via call, WhatsApp, or email to maximize conversion rates.




· Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine scripts and target segments based on campaign performance. Requirements & Qualifications
· Recent graduates/freshers who have completed their degree.
· Strong verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive skills in fluent English and Hindi (Must)
· Confident telephone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly
· Resilience, persistence, and a target-oriented mindset when handling objections.
· Basic familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel; exposure to CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.
· Prior experience or coursework in telecalling, inside sales, or customer handling is advantageous but not mandatory.
