Qualification: BE/BTECH Mechanical engineer Experience Requirements
• Solid Technical Knowledge of Wind turbine Generator
• 5 years of experience in supplier quality of WTG manufacturing unit.
• NDT certification and knowledge in welding qualification. Roles & Responsibility
• To prepare and finalize ITP & procedure as per project requirements.
• Conduct Inspection as per ITP & procedure.
• Review contract specifications.
• Review of report as per ITP/Procedure & verify compliance report and issuance of MDCC.
• Understand the project quality requirement and implementation.
• Ensures compliance with the customer requirements, quality policy, company standards, regulatory and external standards.
• Improvement in process to reduce rework, rejections. Capture.
• To prepare RCA for non-conformity.
• Responsible for maintaining quality standards across projects carrying out inspection & supplier audit.
