Role Description The Sr. Relationship Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers for life insurance products. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their financial and protection needs, and recommending suitable insurance solutions. The role involves conducting client meetings, explaining product features and benefits, handling queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Sr. Relationship Officer will work closely with internal teams to support policy issuance, servicing, and renewals,



while meeting sales and service targets in alignment with company standards and compliance requirements. Qualifications
